By creating a positive work environment and investing in their employees, HR helps build a company culture that values teamwork, trust, and respect. I’m a Recruiter at Amazon in the non-tech space. I’ve been in HR for 6+ years in the healthcare and tech industries. As a recruiter, I love talking to others and helping them achieve their career goals. I joined BobaTalks to help those that are just starting their career journey.
