Our goal is to connect students with mentors who can offer advice, insights, and encouragement. We are not a job placement service, recruitment program, or networking platform. Please use BobaTalks for mentorship purposes only.

To use BobaTalks, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up.
• Use the platform respectfully and in line with our Code of Conduct.

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask you to follow these guidelines:

• Respect Mentors’ Time: Mentors volunteer their time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify them at least 24 hours in advance.
• No Solicitation: Mentors are here to guide, not to provide job referrals, internships, or employment opportunities. Avoid asking for these during sessions.
• Be Prepared: Research your mentor, come with questions, and make your sessions purposeful.
• Engage Respectfully: Treat mentors and other users with kindness and professionalism.

As a user of BobaTalks, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for mentorship purposes.
• Avoid spamming, mass sign-ups, or inappropriate communication.
• Follow through with scheduled sessions or notify mentors in advance if you can’t attend.

Our mentors are volunteers who offer guidance and share their experiences. They are not required to:

• Provide job opportunities or referrals.
• Respond to requests outside of scheduled sessions.
• Address topics outside the scope of mentorship.

Mentors reserve the right to end sessions if the guidelines are not respected.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy:

• We only collect the data necessary to provide mentorship services.
• We will never share your information without your consent.
• You can request to delete your account or data at any time.

• Disrespect mentors or other users.
• Use the platform for purposes outside of mentorship.

Account termination decisions are final.

All content on the BobaTalks platform—including text, logos, images, and materials—is owned by BobaTalks.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our permission.

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. You’ll be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
